English/Spanish - Brazilian Portuguese Translator/Post-Editor/Reviewer
Passionate for languages and translation, I am a professional English/Spanish-Brazilian Portuguese translator, proofreader, and editor, having accumulated many job experiences with various clients, including agencies, companies, NGOs, and individuals.
I've been working as a translator/reviewer since late 2008, and my experience primarily lies in the life sciences sphere [projects in Pharmacology, Adverse Event Management and Reporting, Drug Monitoring Questionnaires, Clinical Trials, Surveys, Study Protocols, Regulatory Documents, Research Articles, Healthcare, MSDS].
Over the last years, I've also worked in the translation/review of management/administration and animal welfare-related contents, and these domains have been included in my list of expertise areas - I currently estimate I have translated/reviewed nearly 5,8 million words in my entire career.
To reinforce my professional attitude and spirit, I recently joined the Brazilian Association of Translators (Abrates). I don't mind working on weekends and holidays (working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (GMT -3 - BRT).
Last but not least, I value efficiency and quality above all, and I'm always open to establishing new partnerships.
